The loving folks over at Waze, that old social GPS program we fell in love with on Windows Mobile, have unofficially told a few people that they remember that $25 million investment that Microsoft made in them back in the day and will be reciprocating the feeling by releasing an official Windows Phone 8 App later this year. The information that was passed along indicated a June release, but not much other information was included. There is no word on whether or not there will be a free or paid choice on the App, nor what mapping system would be used.
